This selection comes during a critical period for the player, who is balancing international duties with his club's domestic campaign. The 26-year-old forward will join the national team camp in Cali following his final league match. ## Schedule of Friendlies Colombia is set to face Chile in two international friendly matches during the upcoming FIFA window. The first encounter will take place at the Estadio Olímpico Pascual Guerrero on Friday, November 13. The return leg is scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, at the Estadio Nacional located in Santiago, Chile. ## Impact on Rosario Central Rosario Central currently leads Zone B of the Torneo Clausura and has already secured a spot in the playoffs. While Campaz will miss some recovery time while his teammates rest, he is not expected to miss any official club matches. The club remains focused on the upcoming league title definition phase. ## Tight Playoff Timeline The timing of these international fixtures creates a narrow window for Campaz to return. The playoffs for the Torneo Clausura are scheduled to begin on the weekend of December 21 and 22. This leaves the player only four days to reintegrate with his club squad before the high-stakes knockout rounds commence. ## Club Performance Context Rosario Central enters the final stage of the tournament in a strong position, having finished first in their group. The team is preparing for their upcoming match against Estudiantes de Río Cuarto this weekend. The technical staff is closely monitoring Campaz's physical condition to ensure he is ready for the playoffs. ## Strategic Squad Management Coach Néstor Lorenzo has opted to maintain the core of his existing squad for these friendlies. By integrating players like Campaz, the coaching staff aims to refine tactical cohesion before future competitive tournaments. The focus remains on evaluating individual performance under international pressure while maintaining the team's established tactical foundation. ## Player Availability Status Campaz is scheduled to join the national team concentration in Cali immediately after his weekend appearance for Rosario Central. Other selected players are expected to arrive at the camp by Saturday. This logistical arrangement ensures that the squad has sufficient time to train together before the first match against Chile. ## High Stakes Ahead The upcoming weeks represent a vital stretch for both the player and his club. With the league title on the line, the physical and mental toll of international travel will be a key factor. Rosario Central management will be watching the friendlies closely to assess their star forward's readiness for December. ## Sources covering this story - https://www.ole.com.ar/rosario-central/jaminton-campaz-rosario-central-colombia-citado-nestor-lorenzo-playoffs-torneo-clausura-amistosos-fecha-fifa_0_4DLeABNCxl.html — --- _Summary written by Brifing from the original reporting.
