The project covers an area of 30,000 square feet and is scheduled for completion in 2026.

2Architectural Design

COOKFOX's design integrates themes such as the myth of the American dream, song, and poetry into cultural placemaking. The building's façade references New Jersey's industrial legacy and the characters in Springsteen's music. The timber structure creates warm and inviting interiors.

The building is 30 feet high, 74 feet wide, and 206 feet long. The total cost is announced as $50 million. Timber engineering and steel are used in the construction. The project is being built by Torcon Inc. and managed by Pure Project Management.
