Adentris Uses AI for Revenue Integrity in Healthcare
Y Combinator-backed Adentris prevents revenue losses in healthcare with AI.
1Adentris's Mission
Adentris develops AI-based compliance and revenue integrity infrastructure for healthcare providers. Their systems read real patient records, identify clinical and regulatory risks, and present this information to those who can take action. This helps prevent denied claims, a significant issue in healthcare.
2Technological Approach
Adentris has a different architecture than most healthcare AI companies. All model inferences run in a HIPAA-compliant Azure environment, and patient data never touches external LLM APIs. This data-sovereign architecture is a key reason enterprise customers choose Adentris.
3Founding Team
Adentris is led by three experienced founders. Dmitry Karpov (CEO) has a successful background in B2B enterprise products and go-to-market strategies. Sergey Yudovskiy (CPO) managed ElectroNeek as CEO, achieving $5M ARR across 30+ countries. Alex Odin (CTO) led AI at ManyChat, developing products used by over 25 million people.
4Technical Direction of the Platform
The technical leader at Adentris decides how clinical data is modeled, how AI pipelines are evaluated, and what the platform will look like in the future. This role focuses on solving ambiguous problems rather than working within a defined scope.
5Customer Interaction
The technical leader participates in customer calls with Directors of Compliance and quickly addresses undocumented problems. They make tough decisions on architecture and whether model outputs are safe to show clinicians.
6Technology Stack
Adentris's technology stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Python, SQL/NoSQL, Azure-hosted LLM inference, Docker, and Kubernetes. These tools ensure the platform operates quickly and reliably.
7The Problem in Healthcare
Healthcare providers in the US lose billions annually due to denied claims, mostly stemming from documentation and coding errors. Adentris aims to reduce these losses by catching errors before they lead to denials.
8Adentris's Modules
Adentris offers five modules that read EHR and payer interfaces directly: documentation, coding QA, prior authorization, appeals and denials, and discharge summaries. They also provide billing services for providers without their own CDI or billing teams.
