Anker introduces AI chip to Soundcore Space 2 Pro headphones
The new Thus AI chip delivers advanced noise cancellation and sound quality.
1Anker's new Thus AI chip
Anker unveiled its new audio products with the Thus AI chip at IFA 2026. The chip powers an eight-sensor array in the Soundcore Space 2 Pro headphones, offering improved adaptive active noise cancellation. It also enables real-time voice separation and noise isolation during calls. The headphones provide up to 30 hours of battery life with ANC or 60 hours without. They will be available starting September 22 for $200.
2Soundcore Liberty Buds 2
Launching on the same date, the Liberty Buds 2 come with a $130 price tag. The Thus chip enhances ANC in these earbuds as well. A custom 9.2mm wool paper diaphragm delivers detailed sound. The company highlights the call noise cancellation quality specifically. Users can enjoy clearer conversations thanks to this feature.
3Soundcore AeroClip 2 series
The open-ear AeroClip 2 series starts at $170. The Pro model stands out with AI-powered personal transcription. The Thus chip can record audio from online meetings or calls and transcribe or summarize the content. The Pro model will cost $230, but its release date remains unclear.
4Health and wellness products
Anker offers sleep-focused solutions with the Sleep Earbuds 4 and Pro models. These earbuds can block noises like snoring and monitor sleep stages and heart rate. They dynamically adjust to play the most effective white noise for better sleep quality. The base model arrives in October, followed by the Pro in November.
5Anker RIC hearing aids
The Thus chip also powers the company's hearing aids. Working with four microphones, the chip isolates speakers in front of the user while reducing background noise. It offers a crucial fast-charge feature for all-day use: a five-minute charge adds two hours of battery life. With the case, a twelve-hour charge provides 36 hours of usage.
6The potential of the AI chip
The Thus chip sets a new standard for Anker's audio products. Advanced noise cancellation, voice separation, and transcription features significantly enhance user experience. The chip's use across different product categories demonstrates Anker's ambition in AI. This technology could be integrated into more products in the future.
7Pricing and accessibility
Anker's new products range from $130 to $230. The Space 2 Pro and Liberty Buds 2 launch on September 22. Sleep-focused earbuds and hearing aids will arrive in fall. The company aims to reach a broad audience with products catering to different budgets.
8A new era in audio technology
Anker's Thus chip-powered products could mark a turning point in audio technology. Advanced AI features offer solutions that simplify users' daily lives. Such innovations are particularly valuable in today's world with increased remote work and communication needs. With this move, Anker gains a significant advantage over competitors.
