This poses a significant privacy risk, especially given the legal debates around abortion and birth control. Mozilla Foundation's research revealed serious privacy flaws in most of these apps. ## What Sets Euki Apart Euki prioritizes privacy by storing user data locally. The app works without requiring an account and doesn't send data to company servers. It also offers a fake PIN feature to hide user data, adding an extra layer of security. ## Mozilla's Recommendation Mozilla Foundation highlights Euki as the best option for privacy-conscious users. Unlike other popular apps, Euki doesn't have the privacy flaws identified in its competitors, making it a reliable alternative. ## Ease of Use Euki is a free app with no in-app purchases. Users can log various data daily, including bleeding, emotional states, and sexual activity. It also allows tracking appointments and details like IUD string checks. ## Data Deletion Feature Euki enables users to easily delete old data. By pressing a button in settings or setting up a regular deletion schedule, data can be automatically cleared. This feature minimizes privacy concerns. ## A Secure Alternative Euki offers a trustworthy solution for protecting personal health data. With local data storage and advanced privacy features, it gives users full control over their data, setting it apart from competitors. ## Sources covering this story - https://lifehacker.com/health/euki-period-tracking-app?utm_medium=RSS — --- _Summary written by Brifing from the original reporting.
