This marks the second biggest price drop ever for the product. Following Prime Day's $399 deal, this campaign covers all color options. ## Technical Advantages AirPods Max 2 features USB-C port and H2 chip enabling live translation, adaptive audio, and conversation awareness. The built-in amplifier promises superior sound quality compared to competitors. However, the design remains largely unchanged from the previous model. ## Other Notable Deals Logitech's haptic-enabled G Pro X2 Superstrike gaming mouse receives its first discount, down to $125 from $179. Apple's 4-pack AirTag bundle sells for $89. Kodak's nostalgic Charmera camera awaits buyers as a fun accessory at $33. ## Consumer Perspective The technical improvements make AirPods Max 2 particularly attractive for users of older Lightning models. However, the preserved design positions it as a 'good but not revolutionary' update. The sound quality improvement remains unmatched in its category. ## Shopping Strategy July discounts on electronics present rare opportunities. These campaigns offer a second chance for those who missed Prime Day. With uncertainty about when AirPods Max 2 will hit this price again, now might be the ideal time to decide. ## Market Dynamics Best Buy's Black Friday in July event represents creative retail marketing strategies to overcome summer slumps. Following Amazon's early Prime Day, competitors' similar campaigns show efforts to maintain consumer interest during traditionally slow seasons. ## Sources covering this story - https://www.theverge.com/gadgets/967822/airpods-max-2-logitech-superstrike-kodak-charmera-deal-sale — --- _Summary written by Brifing from the original reporting.
