1Project Highlights

JA House stands out with its unique location in southern Amman. Overlooking one of the city's largest parks, the project offers uninterrupted panoramic views. Spread across 2037 square meters, the house features a design inspired by the steep topography and preserved oak trees.

2Architectural Approach

Ayoub Architects developed a green terraced platform concept for the project. This design integrates the landscape into the architecture while naturally embedding main living spaces into the terrain. Led by Ramiz Ayoub, the team created an environmentally harmonious and sustainable structure.

3Design Team and Collaborations

Samir Hallak served as design architect, while Claude Missir handled interior design. Landscape architecture was managed by Lara Zuriekat, with structural engineering by Odeh Design Bureau. MEP consulting was provided by Active Engineering.

4Materials and Technologies

JA House incorporates products from leading brands like Daikin and Kohler. The project combines modern engineering solutions with traditional materials to offer contemporary aesthetics. The structure is optimized for the region's climatic conditions.

5Location and Environmental Context

The house is located in Amman's developing southern district. The terraced design allows the structure to integrate with the view without disrupting the natural surroundings. Preserved oak trees strengthen the project's organic identity.

6Place in Architectural Trends

JA House represents an important example of the growing 'nature-integrated design' trend in contemporary Arab architecture. The project aims to set new regional standards by combining sustainability with luxury.
