Revenue skyrockets 334% fueled by GPU infrastructure demand.

1Stellar financial turnaround

E2E Networks reported Q1FY27 net profit of ₹44 crore, reversing last year's ₹28 crore loss. Revenue quadrupled to ₹157 crore, driven by surging demand for AI infrastructure and expanded GPU deployments across its cloud platform.

2Margin expansion record

EBITDA soared 1,023% to ₹118 crore while profit margins jumped 4,610 bps to 75.2%. This exceptional performance followed successful deployment of B200 clusters on the TIR platform and full-stack optimizations.

3Infrastructure scaling

The company expanded its GPU infrastructure to ~5,100 units and acquired Sovcloud Technologies. Its Noida and Chennai data centers now offer B200/H200/H100 series GPUs for AI/ML workloads alongside managed cloud solutions.

4Strategic national asset

Governments now view AI infrastructure as sovereign assets. India's planned 8GW+ data center buildout positions E2E as a domestic AI infrastructure provider, with Mumbai (3.75GW) and Chennai (1.36GW) emerging as key hubs.

5Global supply crunch

Oppenheimer estimates $1.5T global AI infrastructure opportunity this decade. McKinsey projects $6.7T data center capex by 2030, with 70% AI-driven. India's 38,000-GPU IndiaAI Mission reflects this strategic priority.

6Investor windfall

E2E shares delivered 125% returns in six months, becoming multibaggers. With 8.33GW national data center pipeline (5x current capacity) and $30B investments, India's AI infrastructure boom shows no signs of slowing.
