Google Pixel 11 Series and New Products Launch
Google unveils new Pixel 11 series and Pixel Watch 5.
1Pixel 11 Series Launch
Google will introduce the Pixel 11 series at its 'Made by Google' event on August 12, 2026. The lineup includes the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, Pixel 11 Pro, XL, and base model. The Pixel 11 Pro Fold will compete with Samsung's foldables, featuring a major design change. The phones are expected to offer improved performance with the Tensor G6 chipset and upgraded camera systems.
2Price and Storage Changes
The base Pixel 11 model is expected to start at $899 with 256GB storage, as the 128GB option is being discontinued. The Pixel 11 Pro Fold's 1TB version will exceed $2,000. According to Amazon leaks, there will be significant increases in storage and RAM capacities across the lineup.
3New LED Light Module
The Pixel 11 series will feature a new LED light module on the camera bar. This module will change colors when interacting with Google's Gemini AI model. It will also display different colors for notifications and charging, similar to OnePlus's edge lighting feature.
4Pixel Watch 5 Upgrades
Google is updating its smartwatch lineup with the Pixel Watch 5. The device will include a larger battery capacity and an accelerated version of the Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 chip. Storage capacity will double compared to the Watch 4. Wear OS 7 will bring contextual awareness features, making the watch smarter.
5Health Tracking Features
The Pixel Watch 5 will introduce new health tracking features like 'Loss of Pulse Detection.' Google claims the watch offers its 'most complete wellness tracking features.' The 41mm model will start at $399, with the LTE version priced at $499. The 45mm model will cost $429.
6Googlebook Launch
Google will unveil its next-generation Googlebook laptops, merging ChromeOS and Android. These premium devices promise better integration with Android mobile devices. The new Googlebooks won't replace existing Chromebooks but will serve as a high-end alternative.
7Bluetooth Tracker Rumors
Google is reportedly working on a new Bluetooth tracker. The device is expected to support Google's Find Hub network and offer high-precision location tracking with Ultra-Wideband technology. This could position it as a competitor to Apple's AirTags.
8Event and Livestream Details
The Made by Google event will be livestreamed on YouTube at 1:00 AM TRT on August 12. Unlike Apple, Google holds its launch events in the evening following morning announcements. The event will showcase the Pixel 11 series, Pixel Watch 5, and potential surprise products.
