This credit can be used for local eSIM data packages in over 200 countries, significantly reducing international data costs and providing substantial savings for globetrotters. ## Easy eSIM Technology Using the aloSIM app, you can redeem your credit, choose a destination, and install your eSIM profile over Wi-Fi. Activate your package only upon arrival to ensure your data starts when needed. This prevents unnecessary usage and maximizes your credit efficiency. ## Multi-Trip Support Your $150 credit is managed from a single account and can be used across multiple trips. When traveling to different countries, simply install a new eSIM and use your remaining balance to purchase additional data packages, offering flexibility for long-term travel plans. ## Credit and Package Validity The $150 credit is valid for 12 months after redemption, while individual country data packages expire after their coverage period (e.g., 7 days post-activation). Pre-load packages for upcoming trips to make the most of your credit before it expires. ## Compatibility and Top-Ups To use aloSIM, ensure your device supports eSIM technology. If you run low on data during your trip, you can easily top up directly from the app. This feature ensures you’re never left without data when you need it most. ## Smart Savings on Travel Budget Instead of paying $10–$20 per day for international data with traditional carriers, aloSIM offers packages starting at just $4.50 for 7 days. This deal is a game-changer for frequent travelers, helping them save significantly on mobile data expenses and manage their travel budget more effectively. ## Sources covering this story - https://www.macworld.com/article/3196338/the-travel-hack-frequent-flyers-should-know-150-in-alosim-mobile-data-credit-for-just-69-99.html — --- _Summary written by Brifing from the original reporting.
