The new feature enables users to query their listening history. You can find out when you first heard a specific song or see what genres you've been exploring recently. This provides access to personal music statistics without waiting for the annual Wrapped report.

The AI bot can also answer general questions about the content being played. Users can ask about a song's release year, learn about podcast guests' other appearances, or discover an audiobook author's other works. This offers an experience similar to chatbot services like Google's Gemini.
5Beta Version and Limitations
The feature is currently in beta for Premium users aged 18+ in the US, Ireland and Sweden. Available in English on iOS and Android, Spotify warns that responses may not always be perfect and emphasizes the system is still in development.
