3Application Process Details
Interested photographers must submit their applications via an electronic form between November 9 and November 13, 2026. The selection process operates on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning the 25 available slots will be filled according to the chronological order of submission. Applicants must provide personal identification, contact details, and their assistant's information.
4Operational Constraints
Selected photographers are restricted to a designated area located near the access point to the auditoriums. They are strictly prohibited from interfering with the official coverage provided by the COGEX team. Furthermore, professionals must adhere to specific rules regarding equipment usage and movement within the venue to ensure the ceremony proceeds without any disruptions.
5Financial and Contractual Terms
The Corregedoria and the Sebrae venue will not provide any financial compensation or payment to the participating photographers. All professional services must be negotiated and contracted directly between the individual photographers and the couples or their families. Participation requires full acceptance of the conditions outlined in the official Edital COGEX number 28/2026.
6Venue and Logistics
The main wedding ceremony will be held in the Darcy Ribeiro auditorium, which serves as the primary space for the event. Following the ceremony, the delivery of marriage certificates to the couples will take place in the Salão Zeca Belo. Photographers must coordinate their movements between these specific areas according to the event schedule.
7Selection Notification Timeline
Applicants will receive notification regarding their selection status directly via the email address provided during the registration process. The results are scheduled to be sent out by November 18, 2026.
