The 24-year-old Japan international is also being monitored by several Premier League sides such as Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, and Tottenham, reflecting his rapid rise in form within the English top flight. ## Defensive Transfers and Contracts Inter Milan is currently weighing a potential move for Crystal Palace defender Chris Richards, whose contract expires next summer. Meanwhile, AC Milan's 24-year-old Belgian defender Koni de Winter has attracted interest from a wide array of clubs, including Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, Newcastle United, Tottenham, Leeds United, and Brentford. ## Manchester United Managerial Search Manchester United remains uncertain regarding their long-term managerial direction. Reports indicate the club is not convinced by Eddie Howe as a potential replacement for Michael Carrick. This hesitation highlights the internal pressure at Old Trafford to secure a leader capable of stabilizing the team's performance following recent tactical challenges. ## Strategic Squad Development Bayern Munich is prioritizing the contract extension of 24-year-old winger Michael Olise. This move follows the successful renewal of England striker Harry Kane's deal with the German champions. Elsewhere, Barcelona is finalizing a new contract for 19-year-old midfielder Marc Bernal to deter persistent interest from various Premier League clubs. ## Young Talent Transitions Real Madrid is actively planning the integration of 16-year-old attacking midfielder JJ Gabriel into their first team. The club aims to ensure a smoother transition for the teenager than he previously experienced at Manchester United. This strategic approach underscores Madrid's commitment to nurturing young talent within their professional development framework. ## Championship Striker Scouting Newcastle United is closely evaluating Middlesbrough's 21-year-old English striker Will Lankshear. The forward has demonstrated impressive form while competing for promotion in the Championship. This scouting activity suggests that Newcastle is looking to bolster their attacking options by identifying high-potential players currently performing well in the second tier of English football. ## Loan and Crisis Management Discussions regarding the permanent transfer of 33-year-old striker Niclas Fullkrug from West Ham to Werder Bremen have not yet commenced. Simultaneously, Napoli owner Aurelio de Laurentiis is organizing crisis talks with coach Massimiliano Allegri. The meeting aims to address the team's poor start to the season and identify underlying performance issues. ## Market Dynamics and Outlook The current transfer landscape is defined by aggressive scouting of young international talent and strategic contract management. Clubs are balancing immediate squad needs with long-term financial stability. As the season progresses, the focus will shift toward formalizing these preliminary interests into concrete bids, especially for players nearing their contract expiration dates. ## Sources covering this story - https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c98rzz0rjjvdo?at_medium=RSS&at_campaign=rss — --- _Summary written by Brifing from the original reporting.
