1High-Level Platform Review

Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan recently visited the TAMM Factory to evaluate the evolution of Abu Dhabi’s unified government services platform. The facility serves as a collaborative hub where various government entities work together to design citizen-centric services. This initiative reflects the emirate's broader vision of prioritizing public comfort and wellbeing.

2Operational Scale and Impact

The TAMM platform currently supports over 1,200 public and private services provided by 49 partners. With a user base reaching 4.9 million people, the system processes more than 18 million transactions every year. These metrics highlight the platform's critical role in managing the daily administrative needs of the local community effectively.

3AI-Driven Service Efficiency

Artificial intelligence plays a central role in the platform's functionality, with the AI Assistant handling 96 percent of all inquiries and service requests without human intervention. This automation covers essential tasks such as vehicle registration, business license renewals, and passport processing, significantly reducing the administrative burden on both citizens and government staff.

4Proactive Financial Savings

The platform's AutoGov feature, described as the world’s first AI public servant, provides proactive services that save users over 17 million dirhams annually in late fees and fines. By anticipating user needs before they become urgent, the system helps residents avoid penalties while streamlining complex bureaucratic processes through intelligent digital notifications.

5Optimizing Government Productivity

Beyond benefiting individual users, the TAMM platform generates substantial operational efficiencies for the state. By digitizing and automating routine tasks, the government saves approximately 5.6 million working hours annually. This reallocation of human resources allows public sector employees to focus on more complex policy challenges rather than repetitive administrative data entry.

6Global Ambitions and Benchmarking

Abu Dhabi aims to establish itself as the world’s first AI-native government, using TAMM as a blueprint for international cooperation. The platform has attracted interest from global governments seeking to replicate its success in digital transformation. This international outreach is managed through the newly launched TAMM Global initiative to share expertise.

7Strategic Human Capital Development

The success of the platform relies heavily on national talent contributing to the development of these advanced digital tools. To sustain this momentum, Abu Dhabi has committed to training 20,000 government employees in artificial intelligence by the end of 2026. This investment ensures the workforce remains capable of managing evolving AI systems.

8High Public Satisfaction Levels

The platform currently reports a 94.5 percent satisfaction rate among its users, reflecting the effectiveness of its user-centric design. By placing people at the heart of government work, the emirate has achieved top global rankings for satisfaction with digital services. This success validates the ongoing shift toward fully integrated, AI-native public governance.
