Huawei Pura 90s Pro unveiled: The more compact option
The new Huawei Pura 90s Pro packs premium features in a smaller footprint.
1Huawei's new flagship
Huawei introduces two models in the Pura 90s series. The Pura 90s Pro maintains high-end features despite its more compact size. It stands out with a 6.6-inch LTPO display and 120Hz refresh rate.
2Hardware differences
Compared to the Pro Max model, the smaller Pura 90s Pro still comes with the Kirin 9030S chipset. It marks one of Huawei's first phones with 5G support in global markets after years of restrictions.
3Camera performance
The rear camera system features a 50MP main sensor, 50MP telephoto, and 12.5MP ultrawide lens. While it has lower megapixel counts than the Pro Max, it doesn't compromise on quality.
4Battery and charging
European models offer 5,500 mAh battery capacity, while other regions get 6,000 mAh. With 66W fast charging and 50W wireless charging support, it meets user expectations.
5Software update
Huawei introduces EMUI based on Android 16 for global models, the first major update since Android 12. This represents a long-awaited software improvement for Huawei users.
6Design and color options
The Pura 90s Pro comes in Guava Soda, Coconut White, Orange Soda, and Mulberry Black color options. The frame design matching the back panel's gradient gives the device a modern look.
