2Dubai Design Week Highlights
Celebrating its 12th edition, Dubai Design Week runs from 3 to 8 November in the UAE. The festival features the Downtown Design event, hosting brands like Trika Arabia and Alain Ellouz Paris. Additionally, the program includes the Urban Commissions installation by NAO Architects and the In Other Words group exhibition for attendees.
3Design Doha Biennial Focus
The second edition of the Design Doha Biennial in Qatar begins on 5 November and continues until 31 January 2027. This event highlights architecture and craft from the MENASA region. A central feature is the Arab Design Now exhibition, which showcases collaborative projects from 81 participants across the Middle East and Asia.
4Collectible New York Fair
Taking place from 6 to 8 November at 210 East 86th Street, Collectible New York presents works from global galleries. The fair is divided into four distinct categories: Main, Fashion, Bespoke, and New Garde. This event follows the successful Brussels edition that occurred earlier in March, maintaining a focus on contemporary design pieces.
5Irish Design Week Scope
Marking its fifth edition, Irish Design Week runs from 7 to 14 November across various venues, including the Royal Irish Academy of Music. The festival celebrates regional architecture and craft through a series of summits, workshops, and open studios. It provides a platform for local designers to engage with international industry peers.
6BDNY Industry Showcase
Boutique Design New York returns to the Javits Center on 8 November with the theme Designed to Be Remembered. The exhibition focuses on furniture, textiles, and lighting materials. More than 700 brands are participating in this year's event, emphasizing the importance of small details in creating memorable and high-quality interior design projects.
7Dezeen Awards 2026 Ceremony
The Dezeen Awards 2026 party takes place on 16 November at London's Royal Opera House. The ceremony will announce winners across 49 project categories, including architecture, interiors, and design. The event also honors six Designers of the Year and various regional showcases, serving as a major networking opportunity for the global design community.
8Cairo and Miami Events
Cairo Design Week runs from 19 to 28 November across Heliopolis, Zamalek, and Downtown, spotlighting Egyptian creativity. Subsequently, Miami Art Week begins on 30 November, featuring major fairs like Design Miami and Art Basel. These events conclude the month by bridging the gap between historic architecture, contemporary art, and global design markets.
