1From manual process to automation

Max Johnson, founder of briix AI agency, provides AI guidance for business owners. He automated his content creation process, transforming research, topic selection, and drafting into a single workflow using Claude Code. This system completes tasks in minutes that previously took weeks, increasing content production efficiency by 300%. The automation handles everything from initial research to final script generation with minimal human intervention.

2Core system components

The automated content engine consists of three main components: personal knowledge base, audience analysis, and writing style samples. Max explains how Claude Code uses these 15 reference documents (each 5-10 pages long) to produce brand-aligned content. The documents include sample scripts, past content, and style guides that help maintain consistent brand voice across all generated materials. This foundation ensures relevance and quality in automated outputs.

3Vibe coding technique

Max's 'vibe coding' method relies on natural language instead of complex technical instructions. Users simply describe what they want in plain English, and the AI handles implementation details. However, Max emphasizes that final control must always remain with humans. Every system output undergoes human review before publication, maintaining quality standards and brand alignment. This approach makes AI accessible to non-technical users while preserving editorial oversight.

4Three-stage workflow

The system operates through research, scoring, and script generation phases. First, Claude Code analyzes trends to identify 5 potential topics. These are then scored based on audience relevance, viral potential, and brand fit. Finally, the top-scoring topic receives 3 hook variations and a full script. Each stage builds on the previous one, creating a cohesive content pipeline that maintains context throughout the process.

5Single-command operation

Max integrated the three separate stages into a unified system that produces a structured JSON file with one command. This transformation turns simple automation into what Max calls a true 'agent'. The system typically generates 1500-2000 words per run, covering all aspects from initial research to final script. This integration significantly reduces operational complexity while increasing output consistency.

6Dashboard integration

Max migrated the terminal-based system to a user-friendly local dashboard. This interface visualizes generated topics, scores, and scripts while allowing new runs to be initiated directly. Max stresses that dashboards should be both functional and aesthetically pleasing to encourage regular use. The current version features intuitive navigation and real-time updates, making complex AI operations accessible to non-technical users.

7System enhancements

The initial version had two limitations: it only produced scripts for the top-scored topic and required terminal access for new runs. Max addressed these by enabling scripts for all five topics and adding dashboard-initiated runs. The enhanced system now generates 15 script variations per run (3 per topic), dramatically increasing creative options. These improvements have made the system more versatile and user-friendly for daily operations.

8Implementation advice

Max recommends starting with clearly definable repetitive tasks when building similar systems. Create a working prototype, test it, then expand based on learnings. His data shows such automations can reduce daily workloads from 6-8 hours to under 60 minutes. Beyond time savings, these tools can enhance creativity by handling routine tasks, allowing humans to focus on strategic and innovative aspects of content creation.
